Day 1 Arrival Shanghai
Arrival in Shanghai,met by our guide and transferred to your hotel in Shanghai.You are at your leisure to explore the city for the remainder of the day.
Day 2 Shanghai (B,L)
After breakfast,first come to People's Square in the city center,then move on to Shanghai Museum for 1-2 hour visit.Then walk along the Nanjing Pedestrian Road.It is regarded as the first commercial street in Shanghai.Now Nanjing Road has turned into the number one site for shopping in the city.Continue to stroll along the Bund,one of the most noted architectural symbols of Shanghai.The Bund,or the waterfront,is now surrounded by about 50 various buildings of different architectural styles including Gothic,Baroque,Romanesque,Classicism and the Renaissance. After lunch, visit Shanghai Bazaar and Yuyuan Garden.Yuyuan is the most famous garden in Shanghai.It is located in the heart of Shanghai's Old City (Shanghai bazaar),one of the few existant old tourist places in Shanghai.Head to the new development zone in Pudong - Lujiazui,which is teemed with the futuristic,avant-garde buildings-Oriental Pearl Tower,Jin Mao Building, Bank of China Tower.Taking the elevator to the 88-storey Observation Deck of Jinmao Tower to have a panoramic view of the city
Day 3 Shanghai - Guilin by air (B,L)
Take morning flight from Shanghai to Guilin.Arrival in Guilin,Met and transferred to Hotel.Afternoon,you will be arranged to visit Reed Flute Caves.It is a natural limestone cave with multicolored lighting and has been one of Guilin’s most interesting attractions. Back to your hotel.
Day 4 Guilin (B,L)
Pick up from your hotel early the morning around 7:30am.Then drive about one hour to get to the Zhujiang Pier.Then start to take the 4-hour's cruising on Li River.The cruising on the Li River is the highlight of the tours in Guilin.You will have lunch on board and enjoy the pretty mountains,green fields,farms and villages with water buffalos,cows wondering around on both sides of the river bank.Get off at the old town Yangshuo.Yangshuo is a world famous old town with its spectacular views of hills and rivers. Situated 65 kilometers to the southeast of Guilin,Yangshuo is an ancient city with a history of over 2,000 years.It is famous for its spectacular views of hills and rivers.Return from Yangshuo to your hotel in Guilin by the road.
Day 5 Guilin - Longsheng - Guilin (B,L)
Full day excursion to Longsheng for the sightseeing of Ethnic culture.Longsheng is situated in the mountainous region on the northeastern part of Guilin.The natural beauty and the colorful ethnic Chinese cultures and customs attract people from all over the world.After the tour,you will be transferred back to your hotel Guilin.Longsheng county in northeastern Guangxi province was the earliest county to be established in southern China.The Longji Terraces are situated in Longsheng County about 2 hours drive from Guilin.The rice terraces are built into the hillsides.The terraces resemblethe great chains or ribbons as they meander from the foot to the top of the hills.This smart construction makes the best use of the limited arable land and water resources in the mountainous area.The Terraces were first started in the Yuan dynasty and finished in the Qing dynasty by the Zhuang people.Back to your hotel in Guilin.
Day 6 Guilin - Chongqing (Yangtze) (B,D)
After breakfast,take flight from Quiling to Chongqing.Our tour guide will meet you at the airport.Then have a short visit of Chongqing city.Chongqing is located on the upper reaches of the Yangtze River and sitting on the place which links the middle and western parts of China.Then transfer to the port to be on board.
Day 7 Chongqing - Fengdu - on Board (B,L,D)
Syart crusing on Yangtze River in the morning.Offshore excursion to Fengdu (Ghost City).Fengdu County is located on the northern bank of the Yangtze River,about 170KM downstream from Chongqing city.Fengdu is well known for its "Ghost City" in China.It is a must see shore excursion place on the Yangtze cruise. Day 8 Yangtze (B,L,D)
Continiue to cruise on Yangtze River.Today enter the?Qutang Gorge.Your Cruise ship carefully pilots its way through the narrow course.At Wushan, disembark the ship and board smaller vessels in order to explore either the Daning River(or Shennong Stream). Reboard the ship and sail through the Wu Gorge.
Day 9 Yangtze - Chongqing - Xian (B)
Take cruise at 8:30. Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam.Three Gorges Dam is a Chinese hydroelectric river dam which spans the Yangtze River in Sandouping,Yichang, Hubei province, China.Arrival in Yichang atnoon and transferred to Wuhan by road and connect flight for Xian.Arrival at Xian,met and transferred to your hotel in Xian and you are at your leisure to explore the city on your own.
Day 10 Xian (B,L)
Beginning the day with a once-in-a lifetime viewing of the extraordinary 2200-year-old Terra-cotta Army of China’s First Emperor-Qin Shihuang.Three exhibition halls house the continuing excavation of am army of 7,000 terracotta soldiers and horses that guard the tomb of the First Emperor.Then visit Xian City Wall,the most complete city wall that has survived in China,as well being one of the largest ancient military defensive systems in the world.Back to your hotel in Xian.
Day 11 Xian (B,L)
After breakfast,visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda,one of the oldest structures in China.Big Wild Goose Pagoda is one of the Xian city’s most distinctive and outstanding landmarks,possibly the most beautiful building left in Xian today.After lunch visit Forest of Stone Steles Museum,the largest and earliest stele forest in China,now it has become Shanxi Provincial Museum.Then move on to Great Mosque.Xian Great Mosque is one of the oldest,largest and best-preserved Islamic mosque in China.Backt to your hotel in Xian.
Day 12 Xian - Beijing (B,L)
Take morning flight from Xian to Beijing.Arrival in Beijing,drive to Lama Temple,or Yonghegong Lamsery,located in the northeat part of Beijing City,is a renowned lama temple of the Yellow Hat Sect of Lamaism.Then experience Hutong by taking men-driving rickshaw as the basic means of transportation.Check in at your hotel in Beijing.
Day 13 Beijing (B,L)
After brekfast,visit Tian An Men Square,the largest public square in the world. Then move on to Forbidden City which was once home to the emperors for over 500 years in the Ming and Qing dynasties.After lunch, continue to visit Temple of Heaven where dynastic rulers in China used to worship the heaven.Then head to Summer Palace,a former summer resort for the royal family. Return to your hotel in Beijing.
Day 14 Beijing (B,L)
A full day excursion to Mutianyu Great Wall and Ming Tombs (Dingling).Mutianyu Great Wall once served as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs.It is a green section of the great wall in Beijing with wide coverage vegetation.The fortifications and the Great Wall here are featured by many watchtowers on overlapping mountain ranges.Then move on to Ming Tombs are where 13 emperors of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) were buried.You are arranged to visit Dingling, one of the 13 Ming Tombs. Back to your hotel in Beijing.
Day 15 Beijing Exit (B)
Transfer to airport for departure.
